Business Description

As a business broker, you will be required to identify business owners who are ready to sell their businesses and assist them with negotiating and transferring their businesses to a prospective, pre-qualified buyer. You will also assist the seller in understanding the value of his/her business and developing a marketing strategy suitable to the business owner's particular situation.

Additionally, you will work to identify and qualify prospective business buyers in order to assist them in finding businesses that meet their personal and professional objectives as well as help them through the offering and closing process.



Qualifications

Applicants must be college graduates with a basic understanding of financial statements who are interested in a full-time, 100% commission sales position.

The ideal applicant is a former business owner who has plenty of experience dealing with business owners and executives at all levels. A real estate license is a plus but not a requirement as it can be achieved through our office training program.
